Docalyze Terms of Service

Docalyze is an AI-powered platform that helps immigration professionals collect, review, and analyze client documents related to visa petitions. Our goal is to streamline the document workflow, not to provide legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using Docalyze on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.

You agree to:

• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not upload unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.

You retain ownership of all data you upload. Docalyze only uses your data for providing and improving the Service, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Certain features of the Service may be paid. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring or one-time basis, depending on the plan. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

We care about data integrity. All data is processed and stored securely. By using our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You breach these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• You engage in activities that harm other users or the platform.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Docalyze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
